For a couple of minutes, Tamsin had contemplated the idea of just opening up Town Hall for the party, but... what would be the point in that? People were fired up on hormones, people wanted to get laid, you needed a space small enough to get 'em close together. So to speak.

Also, this way she got free booze out of the deal, so-- win win.

She'd hung the black sheets back in front of the large store windows (partly to keep the light out, partly so it was slightly less obvious the house was technically a shop she was technically maybe squatting in). She'd tossed a ton of pillows and an old mattress on the floor, since she didn't actually have a sofa, per sé. The rooms upstairs were... well, okay, they were rooms.

And there was a table for incoming booze. With solo cups. Of course.

Perfect. Time for a party. If anyone had seen the posters...

"Are you the hostess?" Pam asked brightly, holding out one of the bottles as a greeting. "Cause if so, that shit's mutual. I haven't been to an orgy in years."

She was not going to try hosting one. Their house was sort of semi-unfinished, and Cheryl might set people on fire. Which tended to bring orgies to a screeching halt.

Plus, she was now leering at the hot blonde. This party was gonna be fucking sweet.

"I am, though it's not officially an orgy," Tamsin said. This was at least 50% because Bright Eyes had refused to write down the word orgy, mind you. "It's a makeout party. Though if anything gets started I'm not going to stop anybody."

Was she being leered at? Excellent. Then she was totally free to leer on back.

"Nice rack," she added.

Pam seemed like the kind of person who'd appreciate a compliment like that.

"Thanks!" Pam said brightly. "Wanna fuck?"

Wait.

"Orrrrrrrrr was I supposed to lead into that?" she asked. "If this isn't an orgy, I mean. 'Cause I got some good pickup lines, but most of 'em suck. I get better results just being direct."

"Nah, that just eats up precious time, and who's got leftover time these days?"

Well, she did. Though less so than she used to. Stupid mayor job.

"Kinda set up with something else tonight, but we can make out and get a raincheck on the banging?"

Look, even outside of sex pollen, Tamsin had days. It was good to be setting up some booty call lines tonight now she had the chance.

"I'm totally down for a raincheck," Pam grinned. "Although your place is better than mine, 'cause my roomie is an insane pyromaniac who might burn your shit."

Pam's life was complicated.

"If that's a problem, I could just knock her out," Tamsin said. She was the practical sort. "Though hey, I'm probably going to have a house covered in mattresses for the next couple of weeks, so... more opportunity there."
