For a couple of minutes, Tamsin had contemplated the idea of just opening up Town Hall for the party, but... what would be the point in that? People were fired up on hormones, people wanted to get laid, you needed a space small enough to get 'em close together. So to speak.

Also, this way she got free booze out of the deal, so-- win win.

She'd hung the black sheets back in front of the large store windows (partly to keep the light out, partly so it was slightly less obvious the house was technically a shop she was technically maybe squatting in). She'd tossed a ton of pillows and an old mattress on the floor, since she didn't actually have a sofa, per sé. The rooms upstairs were... well, okay, they were rooms.

And there was a table for incoming booze. With solo cups. Of course.

Perfect. Time for a party. If anyone had seen the posters...

"I Never? Yeah, it's always interesting," Clint said with a shrug.

Sorry Kitty, he was kind of oblivious sometimes.

"You had to drink for threesomes, huh?" she asked. Which wasn't really jealousy, since it was before her, but it was still... interesting.

Clint had taken enough drinks that it took him a second to remember, and then he grinned. "Oh, yeah. It was a while ago. These two ladies were friends and they both wanted to hang out and... well, then I had to drink so you know how it goes."

Normally she'd say she didn't need details, but this week... "Sooo is that something you'd be open to sometime?"

This week was the best week ever.

"Uh, well, it would depend on who was involved," he said. "I'm not going to--I mean, if you wanted to and you had someone in mind, I could--yes?"

"I was thinking Irene?" she said, snaking her arms around his neck because she was trying to seem more confident than she was. Because she might think it, but she didn't do this sort of thing normally. "Like a one-time thing, before the pollen wears off and I'm back to my senses?"

You know, the lesbian dominatrix who ran the sex shop.

Clint's mouth opened, and then closed, and he got quiet for a minute while his brain tried to recover from bluescreening. "Yes. I mean--yes."

Oh, she knew that look, and gave him a little kiss. "Did I just break your brain?"

"A little?" Clint admitted. "In a good way?"

"I could break it more," Kitty said. Totally innocently really.

What, apparently she was in a great mood ~~tonight~~ ~~this week~~ ~~like for a month after this~~.

"I don't know if that's physically possible," Clint said, not buying that innocence for a second. "Do you think Irene would want to?"

"Weeeeell, she was talking about what she can do with zip ties and bringing up lesbian dominatrix stories so I think she might be down for it."

And that's why you don't buy the innocent act.

Yep, there went Clint's brain again, right down into the gutter. Good job, Kitty!

Kitty smiled broadly. "I need to do break you more often," she decided.

"No you don't! This isn't fair at all!" Clint said. "Unless you're really going to talk to her."

"I'm really going to talk to her," Kitty said, very lightly scratching her nails against the back of his neck.

Clint made a noise like Kitty was the meanest girlfriend ever. Why did she have to know so many of his weak spots? "Okay, go talk to her. You have my blessing or whatever."

She practiced at finding those weak spots, that's why.

"You are the best boyfriend ever," Kitty said, giving him another kiss before pulling back to go find Irene.
