For a couple of minutes, Tamsin had contemplated the idea of just opening up Town Hall for the party, but... what would be the point in that? People were fired up on hormones, people wanted to get laid, you needed a space small enough to get 'em close together. So to speak.

Also, this way she got free booze out of the deal, so-- win win.

She'd hung the black sheets back in front of the large store windows (partly to keep the light out, partly so it was slightly less obvious the house was technically a shop she was technically maybe squatting in). She'd tossed a ton of pillows and an old mattress on the floor, since she didn't actually have a sofa, per sé. The rooms upstairs were... well, okay, they were rooms.

And there was a table for incoming booze. With solo cups. Of course.

Perfect. Time for a party. If anyone had seen the posters...

"I'm not gonna wither away anytime soon, thanks." No, really, thanks. Bo grinned, then rolled her eyes. "But tell that to this island. Just because I don't need it, doesn't mean it's not making me want it."

"As subtle as your beer is," Eliot told her. "You may have to try a little harder."

His second attempt at shotgunning since he'd left the army went a bit better than the first. Way less beer leaking out the sides.

Kitty just gaped for a moment. She was probably going to have to start considering that maybe she wasn't as straight as she thought she was.

"I don't even know what to do with that, oh my god."

"They had better not talk back," Éponine said immediately, so if that ever happened she'd be right behind Allie fleeing the island. "Good lord, I hardly remember what I've been doing any more. I can barely think at all this week, and it's hard to work like that."

"No, if you get shot down- and I doubt you will- then you move on. Or I can always feel the guy out first," she said. "Um. Not with touching, I mean."

During this particular week, Allie was more then willing to believe in the benefits of the fling. When the island was making you crazy, you just needed to scratch that metaphorical itch.

"Yes, I'm here for your ego stroking purposes only." She paused, considered her words, and laughed. "That came out sounding a little dirtier then what I intended."

Mike chuckled, and there was nothing at all bad about it. It was pretty gentle, especially considering the smirk that came after.

(Which maybe had a little bit to do with how he was now wondering if that noise could also be elicited from her in bed.)

"What'd Kitty say?" he had to wonder. "You don't sound like an idiot, whatever it was."

That was a non-drinker for Eliot. Including Bond's question.

Add Eliot to the list of folks who'd never been married.

Not that it hadn't been a near thing a time or two.

Eliot had to actually think about that one -- but didn't end up drinking.

"Those two can tend to blend together, you know," Eliot said, finishing his drink. It was a sign of how much he'd drunk that he said that out loud.

Kitty didn't drink. Because she didn't know what that meant and didn't want to ask.

Bond didn't drink, and was feeling quite disappointed in himself.

And one more for the never been marrried group.

"What d'you do if you're not sure?" Eliot asked. "I don't usually check."

Hey, if they looked good and were over 18, he didn't care.

"Yet," Eliot said. "That I know of." And didn't drink.

If Kitty was a little wide-eyed, it was because she'd never seriously entertained the thought of that happening. But she didn't drink.

And this time Kitty had to both drink, and blush a lot. So much blushing happening tonight.

That noise and several others.

"You're going to laugh." Hell, Allie was chuckling at this point because it was a better option then dying of embarrassment. "But instead of all this flirty, talking around stuff, she agreed being direct might be a better option this week. So yeah, sex. It's on the table."

"I say if you think it could be true, it's true," Jack offered. "Or if you just want to drink. I'm fine with that, too."

Having drunk enough to be quite comfortable, Bond settled down. At some point he'd misplaced his jacket and shirt. Woe.

"I have to work tomorrow. With Tiny." Allie rolled her eyes, already anticipating a very long night. "I might have to lock him in the storage closet."

Irene actually looked around carefully for a moment, frowning thoughtfully.

"Nooo, I was in the business long before I picked up Dite's," she confided. "How much would it freak you out if I told you I was a practicing dominatrix until last summer? You know, hypothetically."

Honestly Allie was being dramatic. There would be no tears shed over any rejected itch scratching. She'd just go hit things.

She chuckled at Kitty offers and if her head supplied a somewhat pretty picture for half a second? It was the stupid island's fault. "I think I've got it. But I do appreciate the offer."

"You'd think," Irene agreed, smiling a touch more broadly. "It's nice to come across someone who's not immediately at least a little freaked out, I'll admit." Though sometimes the shock value was fun. "And -- okay, I'm going to be nosy, because you're pretty and it's this week -- I take it you're impartial as far as the gender of your bedmates, what with the orgies and all?"

She was asking for science, or something.
