For a couple of minutes, Tamsin had contemplated the idea of just opening up Town Hall for the party, but... what would be the point in that? People were fired up on hormones, people wanted to get laid, you needed a space small enough to get 'em close together. So to speak.

Also, this way she got free booze out of the deal, so-- win win.

She'd hung the black sheets back in front of the large store windows (partly to keep the light out, partly so it was slightly less obvious the house was technically a shop she was technically maybe squatting in). She'd tossed a ton of pillows and an old mattress on the floor, since she didn't actually have a sofa, per sé. The rooms upstairs were... well, okay, they were rooms.

And there was a table for incoming booze. With solo cups. Of course.

Perfect. Time for a party. If anyone had seen the posters...

Bo had considered not bringing any drinks, since the idea of loosening her inhibitions further by drinking in mixed (as in human and not) company was ~~dumb as shit~~ questionable and the hostess had already helped herself to her free +1 on Monday. She'd also considered not being here at all, but... Monday was already starting to wear off, and at least in said mixed company there'd be some people she knew were safe from her doing them any harm.

And they deserved alcohol. Just not her depleted supply of the best alcohol, which was why she came armed with a sixpack under each arm. Butthead Amber Ale and...Dark Belch.

"I solemnly promise that this is good beer," she said as she plopped one of the packs down on a table. "Sexy beer, not so much."

"Oh my god," Tamsin said. "You brought Dark Belch? I haven't seen that stuff in ages."

It was her favorite, too. Damn it, Bo. ~~And the weird feelings you gave her in other parts than just her pants.~~

"I haven't tasted it," Bo admitted. "But Tiny solemnly promised that it's good beer. The Buttface ~~which I totally did not braintypo as butthead~~, I've had."

The follow-up was pretty much required.

"Actually, I've had quite a few buttfaces over the years." Had, killed, succubayto, succubato.

Tamsin snorted, but she was reaching for the Dark Belch already. "This is my beer," she said, suddenly feeling a little sad about her plans with Irene because now she kinda wanted to climb Bo like a tree again. "Mine," she added, clutching it close.

"... How are you? Still succu-charged up?"

"I'm not gonna wither away anytime soon, thanks." No, really, thanks. Bo grinned, then rolled her eyes. "But tell that to this island. Just because I don't need it, doesn't mean it's not making me want it."

Tamsin snorted. "Yeah, tell me about it," she said. "I had to throw a party just to get laid again." Beat. "Next time I should just book it back to your place."

Subtle, thy name was never Tamsin.

"You should." What is this word, subtle, that you speak of? "But next time, you should knock. It'll save wear and tear on the deadbolt tumbler." No, it wouldn't. Like Kenzi ever used her keys when there was a lock she could pick. "Also, possible concussion. For... somebody." Bo was pretty sure Tamsin could take either of her housemates in a fair fight, but she also wasn't sure any of them ever fought fair.

"I'm not sure sexy beer exists," Irene said, because hello Bo, she was just going to openly ogle you, now. "So A for effort, all the same."

"Tell that to the costume section at Party City," Bo replied with a grin. "I think they even have a Sexy Paperclip outfit."

"Yes, but just because it says 'sexy' on the tin does not a sexy costume make," Irene pointed out. "Though I am curious what a sexy paperclip would look like. Strategic metal placement?"

"Maybe it's like the Microsoft one but it offers useful advice?" Bo suggested. "It looks like you're trying to have multiple orgasms. Would you like me to move a) harder, b) softer, or c) a little to the left?"
