For a couple of minutes, Tamsin had contemplated the idea of just opening up Town Hall for the party, but... what would be the point in that? People were fired up on hormones, people wanted to get laid, you needed a space small enough to get 'em close together. So to speak.

Also, this way she got free booze out of the deal, so-- win win.

She'd hung the black sheets back in front of the large store windows (partly to keep the light out, partly so it was slightly less obvious the house was technically a shop she was technically maybe squatting in). She'd tossed a ton of pillows and an old mattress on the floor, since she didn't actually have a sofa, per sé. The rooms upstairs were... well, okay, they were rooms.

And there was a table for incoming booze. With solo cups. Of course.

Perfect. Time for a party. If anyone had seen the posters...

"It's even nicer with all the attractive people getting drunk inside," Tamsin said, stepping out of his way.

"Oh, it's you," Tamsin said, pulling a face.

Not even sex pollen could make this more pleasant. But maybe there was someone inside she didn't have time to bang who wouldn't mind Vic. "Come in, I guess."

Vic sighed and took a drink. And silently cursed some of her wild antic when she was back on the force in Philly.

"My planet is home to a rather powerful narcotic that's in everything; the air you breathe, the water you drink... and my mother's people know how to turn it into quite the aphrodisiac," Ghanima said with a laugh. "It was just part of life, used every day for physical and spiritual reasons."

"For some odd reason, most people think it's odd that I've engaged in such activities, not 'interesting.' Do I not seem like the type?"

Fuck. This was not going to end well for her at this rate.

Vic took another drink and sighed.

"Oh my god," Tamsin said. "You brought Dark Belch? I haven't seen that stuff in ages."

It was her favorite, too. Damn it, Bo. ~~And the weird feelings you gave her in other parts than just her pants.~~

Bond let his body language loosen into something much more nondescript and and unnoticeable. "Something like this."

"Good to see you too Ms. Mayor," Vic deadpanned as she walked in and held out a can of beer in her general direction. "Here. Enjoy."

"Oh, you do that a lot," Tamsin could take from that. Not that she disapproved. Like, at all.

"Good," Eliot said. "Dunno what'd kill a party like this quicker."

Admittedly, that might be just tempting Fandom to find something.

You'd think for such a small island it wouldn't be that hard, but then there were way too many pretty people here. That probably upped the difficulty level.

"D'you have something in particular to mail? They're a bit funny about rules for some things, but I'd be happy to lend a hand."

Talking about work while off the clock should not be sent. And yet.

"I find it's useful." Even if there was less call for it on the island.

"It's more that orgies are a touch more -- taboo, here," Irene admitted. "Though good god, do I want to visit your planet, now. So when someone lovely and poised and elegant says she participates in them, it's liable to raise a few eyebrows. I get the same treatment when I tell people what I used to do for a living, because people have their preconceptions of what goes on under well-designed clothing. They'll get over it."

"I'm not sure sexy beer exists," Irene said, because hello Bo, she was just going to openly ogle you, now. "So A for effort, all the same."

"Oh, you know," Tamsin said casually, "Letters... packages..."

Very casually, for someone who was at this point trying to make out how many curves Éponine had under those clothes.

"Why do you think I showed up?" Eric asked. "Looking at Tiny for another night is just not worth it."

"Oh, I bet you do," Tamsin said.

That was pretty much 100% clear innuendo, yes.

The anachronistic factor that meant Éponine still couldn't quite shake the notion that you didn't talk about these things?

"It isn't terrifying," she said with a mildly embarrassed laugh. "Only unfamiliar. But perhaps I will stop in again sometime soon. It's Wednesdays you're in, isn't it?"

This wasn't a stalky thing this time! She just had a pretty good idea of the island's routine by now.

"Do us all a favor and make sure you take off that shirt at least once tonight," Tamsin suggested.

It had! Marginally. Mostly because he'd decided 'Thief Juice' would work better as a hard liquor.

"He bought the whole building." Eliot shook his head. "Guy has more money than he has any idea what to do with. We're lucky he didn't buy out the whole town." Of course, Eliot could probably just buy the thing back from him -- he wasn't exactly broke, himself -- but then Hardison would get cranky. "We do Creative Problem Solving. So far, mostly locked room kinds of scenarios, seein' how the kids deal with gettin' out."

For a moment Allie remembered leaning into a warm side and a strong arm wrapped around her shoulders. "On the island? No...At least not till tonight."

A+ game there Allie. A+

"Ew," Tamsin said, checking the label.

Figures Vic would have bad taste, too.

Eliot made his way over. "One of these days, we've got to get you some decent beer."

He was not turning down that beer, though.

Bond smirked. "I do," he agreed.

"An interesting class," Jones replied looking interested. "I know some of my former students at my last school could use such training."
